iRefIndex PSICQUIC Service
By aggregator | September 22, 2011
PSICQUIC is an effort from the HUPO Proteomics Standard Initiative (HUPO-PSI) to standardise the access to molecular interaction databases programmatically.
This specific implementation provides remote access to the iRefIndex database, at the University of Oslo.
Additional details on iRefIndex are available at http://irefindex.uio.no
Documentation on the iRefIndex PSICQUIC service is at
http://irefindex.uio.no/wiki/README_PSICQUIC_web_services_for_iRefIndex
The entire iRefIndex dataset in MITAB2.6 format can be downloaded via FTP.
Not all columns in this format are returned by the current implementation of PSICQUIC.
